In 2018 Burning Man tragically lost it's founder, Larry Harvey.

Larry had held me as a baby and over the years he had become family, a very cool, super weird uncle.

​

Larry was a genius and voracious reader and his apartment was crammed with books to the point of being a problem. We decided to incorporate s few of his books into the structure and asked anyone to include mementoes.

I was honored to work with the extraordinary artist Dana Albany to help build and install Larry's final tribute. I will remember and love this astonishing man forever.
